"Excellence in care"

I recently visited for a mental health issue. I was hesitant in booking and attending, but i left feeling elated. I was listened to, spoken to respectfully and with empathy and was given an insight into the medical aspect of what was happening to me. The GP also took the time to discuss the triggers and possible solutions an approach that underscored a holistic appreciation of the condition and myself as a person. I still find The memory of that consultation soothing.

Thank you and we would like it if there could be more hours in the day for us to have easier access to the medical personel at the practice who are professionally assisted by the wonderful and caring admin team.
