(as the patient),

I was admitted to St Johns Hospital in October 2019 after being referred there by my Doctor.  I was seen at A@E at 9.40am that morning.  After initial blood tests were taken I was admitted to the observation ward at St.Johns.  

The care I received from the nurses and all staff was exceptional. I was kept in.for a few days and given an endoscopy.  I was discharged after two days.

I just want to say thank you to the nurses on observation ward who do an exceptional job.  The care I received from all of them was so good.  Doctors too were so nice and understanding.

All in all St Johns Hospital very good.
