In June I received a obnoxious phone call from the staff of a Dr
accusing me for not attending an earlier appointment. I explained that I had indeed attended the appointment but was told that it was cancelled. But the staff would not listen. She kept on and on that she would not give me another appointment, she would remove me from the list! It was their fault, it was not her decision to remove me from patient list so I was absolutely appalled. I then wrote a letter to the Dr explaining all this and requested to know why I was treated like this and why my treatment was blocked by her obnoxious staff. On 6 June 2019 I received a one line response from him saying " I read your letter, please direct your letter through formal channels PALS office". I did not because my past experience with the PALS office showed that they are inefficient and bias.
"Not caring, obnoxious, box ticking service! "
