"Awful "

About: William Harvey Hospital (Ashford)

The medical admission unit need some serious work on patient care. There is a widespread attitude problem with the nursing staff, starting at the nurse on charge and affecting most of the staff nurses. There attitude was arrogant, rude and uncaring. They seem to have forgotten that the patients are peeple. And not very well people at that. Luckily this didn't also affect the HCA's who were lovely. And also the doctors who were very kind and understanding.
