"Efficiently run department"

About: Aberdeen Royal Infirmary / Rheumatology (Joint conditions)

(as a service user),

Attended clinic appointment with the doctor. Never before experienced a more efficient run department. Outcome excellent. Only niggle - first nurse trying to take blood sample apparently thought I was pin cushion.

I am delighted to read that you found the clinic to be efficiently run and that you were pleased with the outcome of your appointment.

Sincere apologies that you felt like a pin cushion, sounds like the nurse had a number of attempts to get a successful blood sample.
