"Waiting to get on the Waiting list !."

About: Whipps Cross University Hospital

My gp has contacted this hospital with a view for me to get an appointment to see Neuroligist, phoned up Neurology dept but was told they are not accepting anyone on the waiting list at the moment.........dont call us we'll call you..........I do hope this not a method of massaging waiting time list times but it looks that way.
