"Fantastic care"

About: Queen Elizabeth Hospital (Gateshead)

I first visited ward 21 in September and stayed for 5 days as I had had a hysterectomy. All I can say the the care I received from everyone right from domestic staff to my consultants was second to none. I was treat professionally with dignity and respect.

I was then readmitted 10 days later as I was quite poorly. Again the care I received was second to none.

The people who work on this ward are a credit to the NHS and work long hard hours, they always have a smile on their face and cheer you up when you are feeling a little down.

I thankyou from the bottom of my heart.
