"Outstanding Practice."

Abdominal Hysterectomy operation. Words will never be enough to describe how wonderfully I have been cared for through my whole experience. Right from my first outpatient visits, speaking to reception staff,nurses who dealt with me for my pre op appointment to the actual day of my operation. My Gynecologist always listened, reassured me, respected me and really cared. I think first couple of times we met I cried as just wasn't used to this.

Day of my operation came (21st October 2019) again my Gynecologist was so caring whilst being thorough going through everything making sure I was happy with all that was happening. Going for my operation aswell as Gynecologist the Anesthetist and nurses were so kind. My Gynecologist took time every day that I stayed at the Fitzwilliam to check in on me with his usual kind / caring manner. Throughout my stay nurses, catering, cleaners whilst going about their daily jobs were all very lovely, nothing was to much trouble. Whilst my recovery is in the early stage, it is going well and I am pleased with how neat my wound is, another sign of how thoughtful and professional he is. I wish I could name all that were involved for my care but hopefully reading this they will all know who they are and be extremely proud of themselves. They are wonderful human beings !
