"Bad service "

Went there because I fell down the stairs and hurt my arm from the shoulder to the wrist. I went there three weeks later as the pain was getting no better the gp there said I suppose you want an X-ray which is pointless and is a waste of cost to the NHS I was surprised and shocked she said this. If this is how the staff treat you I wouldn’t recommend anyone going there. I kid you not their was no compassion or care for the fact I’m in severe pain and discomfort just the cost. I could also not believe she said to me having this X-ray will give you cancer this is not what I wanted to hear especially as I just lost a good friend aged 47 to cancer. I was discussed with the GP cost should never come into it when it’s peoples health on the line.
