"Grateful for an excellent A&E experience"

About: Queen's Hospital (Romford)

Attended A&E with my son who had a dislocated shoulder. The care and professionalism of all staff was first class. The Porters, Nursing Staff, X-Ray Staff and Doctors, all were friendly, reassuring and performed their duties to an excellent standard.

This was a totally different experience to the one he had at a London hospital 3 days earlier when he was told that his shoulder was not dislocated and was sent home in agony.
