About: Brentfield Medical Centre

It can be a very busy medical centre...

One observation... the flu jab clinic ( walk-in clinic ) had quite a few at it, but it seemed to get a little lost with who was there first ( not a big issue ) Perhaps a 1st, 2nd, 3rd on the form patients fill out might help staff keep track of things.

One other issue is length of wait for blood or other appointments ;

staff are doing there best under the circumstances - a busy GP surgery )

Dear Noel

Thank you for taking the time to place a comment. We take all patient feedback seriously and complaints and comments are discussed at staff meetings and with the partners.

The flu vaccination clinic should have been ordered numerically with a first come first served approach. Patients are given a "raffle" ticket and called in order. I am unclear why this did not happen on the day in question and I will look into this with the staff involved and am grateful for you raising this.

We are currently reviewing the blood clinical and are looking to increase the capacity. We aim to keep the wait to with in a few days if you are experience problems please contact us and will help you make an appointment.

We greatly appreciate you recognising that we are a busy practice but we always have time to listen to our patients and will always look to improve our services where we can so they have the best possible experience of the care they receive.
