"Appauling service"

I have been to the practice 4 times. First time I waited 8 hours to be seen for a broken finger, and they sent me home because they were understaffed and asked me to come back later. I came back the next day and was seen in 4 hours. The doctor gave me no explanation of what was wrong or how to care for my injury. The third time was after a motorbike accident in another country. I came in thinking my knee might have a fracture but was told I would have to wait 5 hours for an x ray, and seeing I had just come off a plane, I decided to go home and come back the next day. I arrived at 1pm the next day after being sent home from work early; and I left the practice at 8pm. After my x ray, the doctor had apparently written notes on my file saying there was nothing wrong in the x ray and it must have been ligaments, however no doctor approached me for 2 hours to tell me this news. I left tired and hungry and again with no explanation of what was wrong or how to care for my injury. Completely disgusting for an ‘urgent care centre’. I will think twice next time I am in pain or unwell, and I will absolutely not be going to this hospital again.
