Had spinal surgery first class from to to finish. Had everything explained to me. It was nice to be called madam by some off the staff. A*** plus. Only grape I had was the anaesthetise assistant dropped one off my syringes with medication meant for me on floor and was still used on me. Luckily very clean floor in theatres
