"Amazing service in the Emergency Dept"

About: Queen Alexandra Hospital / Accident and emergency

(as a relative),

Sadly we had to call an ambulance for my dad in the early hours today - I would just like to let everyone know how amazing the staff have been in the Dept.   Dad was seen immediately, and despite how tired they must be they were friendly, polite and so professional, at all times letting us know what they were doing and informing us of all the results. THANK YOU - you are amazing.
