I recently fell and broke my wrist,
The Hospital to Home team allowed me the opportunity to go home to recover rather than stay in hospital.
The very first visit by Pru reassured me as it is difficult to accept people coming to my house. I need not have worried because the whole team treated me with dignity and respect. I would like to thank everyone who helped me. What a great service and I wish you well for the future.
