Big credit to the Woosehill Medical Centre today. I had a possible heart condition that became evident overnight. Receptionist politely explained that no appointments of any sort were available, but that she would ask the duty doctor to telephone me for more information. This she did in a very short space of time, and which prompted her to facilitate an emergency surgery appt. Apart from her own checks, she was able to organise an ECG by the practice nurse, plus blood test at Bracknell, all in the course of the morning. Glad to say that the symptoms were misleading.
