The Walk-In Flu Clinic held on 20.09.2019 for the over 65's was extremely well organised and the addition of the MacMillan coffee and cake was welcome and I hope financially rewarding.
Staff were cheerful and positive and waiting time was minimal. All staff are to be congratulated on their efficiency and friendliness to all who attended, as are the medical staff.
Obviously I have no statistics on attendance, but the event seemed to be well attended - and those I spoke with were more than happy with the services offered.
I have always found Westgate Surgery and staff to be forward-looking and professional in all that they do, and would wholeheartedly recommend Westgate to friends and family
