"An Excellent Service Under Stressful Conditions! "

I have been with the Loddon Vale Practice since it first moved to its Airfield location. During that time Woodley has grown and grown and subsequently the practice has become busier and busier. However during all this time I have never had a problem getting an appointment when it has been urgent and if it’s not urgent I am quite happy to wait, a wait that has never been unreasonable. I have always found the team of receptionists to be polite and efficient, whilst sometimes working under very stressful conditions.

I appreciate how frustrating it can sometimes be trying to get through on the telephone to make an appointment but the system has always worked for me and I’ve never not been able to get an appointment when I need one.

Whilst there has been a regular turnover of Doctors the ones that I have seen have all been professional and conscientious and I have never felt rushed.

In an ideal world we would all be able to get an appointment at the time we want it with no waiting. In the real world I think that the practice is doing exceptionally well under difficult circumstances.
