The place is like a mortuary. The staff are very unfriendly - can't even raise a smile or a hello at the desk. They don't acknowledge straight away - they're either staring at the screen or talking to other staff, they don't make patients a priority. When you ring for an appointment you are held in a queue - if you are on hold for longer than 15mins the calls just cuts out so you have to call again. Staff like to triage the call and decide if you require an appointment or not - I was told I don't need to see a doctor but insisted and argued, finally saw a nurse who said I had an infection. You can't make appointments at the desk, you have to ring which is really bad because so many people are trying to get through it takes literally forever and you have to constantly keep dialling the number. The system clearly doesn't work. Either take on more staff or change the policy
