To the Medical Team, Doctors, Nurses, and all support Staff on Exmoor Ward,

On behalf of the Family and Friends I wish to convey my warm wishes and hearty thanks to everyone for looking after my Auntie so professionally during her last days.

Your dedication, energy and compassion deserve the highest accolade in everything you do for all the patients in your care.

I don’t wish to single out any one person but my personal thanks to Lakshme for the way she dealt with my many demands on the days I was at her bedside.

Thank you for taking the time to express your thanks and positive feedback regarding the care and treatment of your auntie.

I was so sorry to read she passed away but I am pleased to hear that the staff on the ward took care of her needs to a high standard.

I have shared your experience with the team and discussed this personally with nurse Lakshme. She was very grateful for this and glad that you were happy with the care.
