My mother was an emergency admission via A&E at Dr Grays to the surgical Ward - with 3-week history of vomiting and weight loss. From the minute she entered the front door of A&E till the discharge from the ward 1 week later, she was treated with the upmost dignity and respect. All staff were very professional in their care and nothing was a bother to them. A special thank you to Diane, David and Tracy in A&E for their efficiency in getting her comfortable. Also to Tracey - Senior Charge Nurse, Debbie, Zoe and all the nurses who looked after my mum in Ward 5. A credit to Dr Grays.
