My apologies for the delay in returning this statement.

Jayne helped me to regain my self confidence. She was very reassuring and I was determined to get back to my usual self. My memory is not as it should be but is better than it was. I am grateful for the help Jayne gave me.

The hospital staff were very helpful too. but they ought to have liaised more with my close family as I couldnot remember what they told me!!

Thank you for your feedback for the Community Stroke Team, we really appreciate the time you have taken to let us know how we are doing. The team always strive to offer the best service they possibly can and this feedback is fantastic.

It is really important to us that our patients, families and carers let us know how well / or not we are doing in order that we shape the delivery of services to become as patient /family/carer centred as we can.

I will ensure the team see this and specifically Jayne whom you have mentioned. We are really proud of our clinicians and strive always for the very best and are very happy that you have felt we supported and reassured you through your recovery.

Thank you for your feedback regarding the hospital, we will pass on your comments to the stroke wards.
