"Not taking mental health serious "

Had an initial phone appointment with a clinician where he apparently done an unsuccessful case history, due to him calling a week later on my next appointment and explaining non-challantly that is close to 4 P.M. I guess that's the closing time and he will need to reschedule for another appointment next week where he will ask few more questions and again speak to his "supervisor".

I did stress on the first phone app. that I finally feel I need to speak with a psychologists, everybody who has been through mental times or a "professional" in this case knows how tremendously difficult is to make the first step towards seeking help.

Felt completely ignored and not listened to, quite discouraged in continuing any further appointments due to the obvious lack of knowledge on mental health.

If it's your first time seeking help likewise it was mine, skip in getting help here and search elsewhere which I will try to do, but I don't know how long it will take me to reach out to somebody else again.
