"The whole experience was good"

About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Ambulatory Care

(as a service user),

The whole experience was good, from being referred to Larbert hospital ambulatory unit by my GP to being taken on my appointment time and receiving excellent care from Kim and especially Kirsty who carried out the procedure (removal of lipoma from my back) with very little discomfort, both continually checking I was ok and free from pain and ensuring I knew what to expect before, during and after.

Now, over 24 hours later, I have very little discomfort - excellent care.

Thank you for taking the time to leave such lovely feedback and I have shared this with the team.

It is good to hear that you felt reassured at what can be an anxious time. It is great that we can reflect on what we do - using your feedback.

I hope your wound is healing well.

thanks again.

Kirsty
