"Good leadership"

I recently attended the Endoscopy Unit at University Hospital Wishaw for my yearly endoscopy . 

I could see clearly on admission that the unit was spotlessly clean and their was evidence of clinical quality indicators displayed for all to see.

I found all of the staff from reception staff, to nurses and Mr Kasem to be extremely professional and helpful. I felt very safe and cared for. 

The day surgery/ endoscopy unit is a credit to all of the Staff and I could clearly see that it had good leadership.
