"Anaphylaxis to medication yet still offered"

About: The Whittington Hospital

Came in last night after being advised by 111 to attend. Was offered a pain killer I am severely allergic to three times in the space of ten minutes. No other pain relief was offered to me. It is on my records that I allergic to this medication and you think after I had explained once it would not have been offered again. I did not feel safe with this level of care so went elsewhere. it is incredibly dangerous to keep offering drugs that patients are allergic to.
