(as a service user),

It was a horrific appointment- first words were the staff member commenting on my weight. The appointment went downhill from there. They attempted to get me have a biopsy without offering pain relief and when I refused, did not respond in a professional manner. When I asked questions about the proposed procedure, I was simply handed leaflets. I would not see this person again, I felt it was unprofessional.
