Recently I had to revisit the Doctors because they would not let me discuss two problems. The discussion for the flu jab which I hadn't wanted or requested took up more than the appointment time.
After making a double appointment to discuss more than one problem, I was once again sent on my way after 15minutes, not the 20mins allowed. I left angry and stressed
This weekend I had extreme pain in my leg and made an appointment for the same day at 3.40.
The receptionist (very pleasant) had warned me that I might have a wait. No Problem. Appointment 20mins late, but that was so worth the wait
A fantastic Doctor investigated the problem, Set me at ease and I came out happy & relaxed,
I was going to change surgeries after the previous times but not now, I know who to request and If I have to wait an hour in the surgery, I will willingly.
Doctors are so important and their bedside manner should put patients minds at rest. We should feel refreshed leaving as today proved
Thank you lovely doctor. A real pleasure meeting you
