My wife ended up in Borders General hospital then was moved home under the hospital to home care team. Over the last month we have been so satisfied with the level of care provided to us by the team and we are so thankful for the care. there has been so many different staff members and we would like to make a special mention to Jo. We feel like we have made friends for life.
