(as the patient),

I was referred to West Cornwall Hospital by my GP for a number of tests as I was suffering from chest and joint pain.  

I was seen straight away and the care and attention I received was fantastic.  The staff nurse (Sarah I think it was!) and her trainee were both very attentive and reassuring - particularly as they were wiring me up for an ECG! The doctor who reviewed all of my tests and assessed my symptoms was very thorough and clear with her feedback.

My partner was with me throughout and she was fully included and involved by the staff as they explained what was happening.

I’m relieved to say that despite my inner fears the results of the tests were negative - and I was able to return home secure in the knowledge that nothing was seriously wrong.

A huge thank you to all.
