"A genuine love and passion for the job"

About: Royal Alexandra Hospital / Urology (Ward 28)

(as a service user),

I have been in ward 20 in the RAH. All of the nursing staff have been fantastic. Nothing is too much for them. They have a genuine love and passion for the job they do and it is clear they care about their patients. An extra special mention goes to Carolyn and Katie, 2 of the registered nurses who have been looking after me. Thank you all so much for the care!

It can be a very worrying time, being admitted to hospital and the team work hard to ensure their patients are well cared for. I'm therefore grateful to you for sharing your experience.
