After years of problematic drinking, I was put in touch with the Orion Centre (part of Inclusion).   I was made welcome and found it incredibly helpful to discuss my problem with someone non-judgemental and knowledgable.   I was able to participate in a supportive programme which strengthened my resolve to quit for good.   I haven't had a drink for several months and don't feel that I ever shall.   I know my support worker will always be there to help if I did need it.   I feel so positive about their support that I am going to apply to join the volunteer team.
