My GP sent me to The Coatbridge Health Centre to have blood taken,

At the phlobotomy dept. I was seen by Maggie, a lovely chatty Lady who took my blood totally painlessly, did not feel a thing , Brilliant

Thank you for taking your time to share your experience with us when you visited the phlebotomy service within Coatbridge Health Centre.

The girls are doing a great job and will ensure they are aware of your comments. They have gone through a huge change to the service with new staff and different hours of work so it's really nice for them to see great feedback
