"Fabulous care for my father"

About: Tameside and Glossop Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust

My father is currently in the care of The Hague ward team in the mental health unit. I’ve had lots of experience of the different wards at Tameside over the years. This ward is by far the best. The level of care is outstanding. The staff clearly work as a team. They treat their patients as human beings and with great dignity despite the challenges these patients can present. I can’t thank them enough for looking after my dad and I will always be especially grateful for the extra mile they went on his 80th birthday yesterday. Much appreciated. Thank you.

Good afternoon and thank you for taking the time to post your story.

It is so nice to read your comments of the care provided to your father and would also like to wish him many happy returns. I am posting from Tameside and Glossop Integrated Care NHS FOundation Trust which provides the acute and inpatient wards at Tameside Hospital and community services in this area. While the Hague Unit is on our site, these services are provided by Pennine Care NHS Foundation Trust, which is ur local mental health Trust.

I will ensure that these comments are passed on to the appropriate Team there and would again like to thank you for leaving such positive feedback.
