"Great care "

I came to the emergency room of St. Thomas Hospital with severe pain and swelling caused by an abscess on my face. Soon after being treated the doctor performed a test and found an infection in the blood. I was transferred to Guy's Hospital to Esther Ward where I had a wonderful treatment by the nurses. They were great caregivers and competent. They checked vital signs all the time, asked me if I was in pain and medicated at the correct times. They were kind and polite, I felt safe and well cared for. One thing that made me dissatisfied was the fact that the doctor who accompanied me did not make the diagnosis and the type of bacteria that hit me very clear, could have commented more on the tests done every day and I would like to know more. to tell my doctors when I go on vacation to my country. Guy’s and St. Thomas is really a great hospital referral in London.
