i need to make a complaint about the service i have recieved from this practice since the takeover from hossain.
i have requested their complaints procedure on 10/06/19 & i'm still waiting for a reply.
i then emailed asking for the practice manager to contact me, i got an email stating the email has been passed to the relevant person who will be in touch shortly. still heard nothing!
Prior to this i contacted the ombudsman with my complaint who sent my complaint back telling me i need to follow the practices' complaints procedure.
how do i follow the practice complaints procedure if they will not communicate with me!
i am very upset with the rubbish service i have had from these people. (i would like to use harsher words!)
i would never in my lifetime recommend this surgery to anybody.
i really don't understand how they managed to get it under their wing!
i have previously been to the ombudsman with a complaint & i found them to be very helpful & they listened well.
for some reason this time around their approach has been very different..... this does make me think!
the issue i have has been ongoing since jan 2019.
during this time my son son has gone through hell with his eczema.
really crap service & bad management in my eyes.
