About: Warwick Hospital

Following Endoscopy Procedure pm Thursday, 24th October, 2019 may I flag up the outstanding professionalism and caring manner of Clinal Endoscopist plus team. In stressful anticipation of procedure concerns her manner was beyond her calling only equalled by her procedural skills. Thank you!!

I feel bound to say this experience was not equalled by the receptionist who couldn't have projected as less interested presence if she had tries. Very abrupt in manner not helpful with basic questions on what was ahead answering with the response - "I'm not medical or have you got an appointment" to those who sought reassurance or the basic of information. The same attitude was repeated to visiting staff from other departments and an outside agency prompting one to say "At least I got a grunt" Not professional - not good for image - not a one off especially the repetition of "I'm not medical" which will forever remain with me.

I believe a word is needed as presenting wron image of this OUTSTANDING Dept.
