I would like to compliment all your staff for the amazing care they have shown towards my daughter who is suffering from mental health issues and health anxiety. This has meant a few visits to your department in recent months to check her physical well being. On each and every occasion she has been shown the most amazing compassion, not just helping her with her physical treatment but kind words of support and inspiration to help her on her journey. The kindness and professionalism of your staff has often moved me to tears.
Today, one of your nurses went completely over and above, shared some of her own story with my daugher, offered support, kind words, compassion, a tissue and a hug. I appreciate this is a very busy department but I wanted to say what an amazing job your team does and in particular the nurse made an amazing difference to my child today for which I will be eternally grateful.
I would be very grateful of you could pass on our thanks. What an amazing team you have !!
