My baby spent 5 days in the neonatal unit after he was born which was a very stressful & emotional time for me and my husband. However, the service & care we received from all staff made it a very positive experience for us. Not only did our new son receive expert and professional care but we as new parents did also. All staff were amazing at their jobs from consultants, doctors, nurses to cleaning & catering staff, everyone was so helpful, friendly and competent.
