Nurse, Mary paid me a home visit in September 2019. She made me feel very comfortable and cared for. She presented herself in a professional manner and I felt happy to talk to her, which isn't always the case with new people I meet.

We discussed that the best option for me to do is take an MRI, which she booked me in for not long after our appointment. She also mentioned that I could have an ECG done on the same day and referred me for that too. Once I got to Charing Cross hospital, I had the MRI scan done and completed it just fine. I was pleasantly surprised that I managed to go through with it this time and I didn't the previous time due to being claustrophobic. I then had the ECG scan done as well, just like she explained to me. Overall. I have been very happy with the health care service so far.
