"Gallbladder removal"

About: Victoria Hospital / SEAL (Surgical Elective Admission Lounge)

(as a relative),

My mum went in yesterday to have her gallbladder removed and from the minute she walked in the doors from admission, through theatres, recovery and the ward the care has been nothing short of a high standard. All members of staff have been world class, thank you to everyone for looking so well after my mum!

Dear Jm94

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your comments on Care Opinion.

It is so nice to hear that your mum was extremely well cared for every step of the way and I will certainly pass on your comments to the staff in the SEAL.

I hope your mum is well on the road to recovery and I send my best wishes.

Kind regards

Sandra
