About: Crawley Hospital / Ophthalmology

(as the patient),

Could not get through on phone to Ophthalmology, Crawley Hospital. No answer.

Need to find out what is happening about my eye appointments. No clarity on this from this department.

Felt cast adrift and forgotten about.

My name is Chris Treloar and I am the Service Manager for Ophthalmology. I am very sorry that you have had trouble contacting our Ophthalmology service today. How you are feeling is absolutely not how we would want anybody to feel.
