"Respite for mum - centre for excellence"

I would like to take this opportunity to say a huge thank you to all staff at Anam Cara, my mum had respite for 14 nights, the standard of care, compassion and understanding regarding my mum's health had been outstanding.  My mum had 14 nights of the highest standard of holistic support received, from personal care, meals, socialisation to offering daily updates when we called.

I am of the view that staff practice is of the highest standard, this excellent service and staff require to be highlighted and acknowledged, this brilliant service deserve mention given the service delivered.

I am of the view that this model of care requires to be replicated within North Ayrshire, Anam Cara in my view is a centre  for excellence on how care should be delivered with care homes observing and adopting the principles used.
