Very difficult to get an appointment, always get told no appointments available. Rang today at 7.59 am closed rang 8.00 surgery closed rang 8.01 receptionist answers tells me all apts taken tells me they had been very busy with calls this morning. I must have been the first caller of the day as I started ringing even before the lines were open, very hard to believe within 5 secs all apts had been taken. Receptionist didn't even offer telephone consultation as she knows I ring regularly asking for apt. Very dissatisfied with the appointment system.
