"Kind care despite the numbers!"

I have been visiting the ophthalmology department several times for diagnosis, subsequent surgery and follow-up. The kindness, care and considerate treatment from all staff at all levels has been excellent at all times - and there have been extremely full clinics at all of my visits and a Leeds-wide power cut on a surgery day which must have pushed staff patience quite far!

My thanks to the consultant and all other staff for their professionalism and the interest, helpfulness and humour which, over a number of visits, made this hospital experience a good one.
