"Terrible"

Care plan not adequate, assessment is for physical problems only. Don't have any provision to record how to deal with a persons mental health problems i.e. if they have memory problems.

Care plan didn't include everything. Have been having to leave notes all over the house because of this.

Have been having problems over the cleanliness of their work. Don't really know how else to phrase this.

The owners appear to do what they want. Some of the carers appear to be doing the work while others don't seem to be doing what they should.

They appear to take advantage of the person they care for if that person isn't able to remember.

When there is serious issues I don't feel that they take them seriously.

I'm so desperate for the help I have no choice but to use them because they are the only company employed by Social Services.

I don't understand why they advertise that they do dementia care because they simply have no understanding.

I have no idea how the CQC can even give them a rating of 'good' it seems a very strange appraisal of them.
