Had hearing test and said the type of hearing aid I wanted. They should have told me very firmly it was not suitable. But they sold it to me anyway. Been elsewhere, got better advice and now have an aid that works. Waste of £3,000 as I will never use them again. Thank goodness there are more reputable suppliers out there
