"The care and subsequent passing of a relative"

About: Musgrove Park Hospital / Care of older people

(as a relative),

I'm writing to express my heartfelt thanks for the way in which the Doctors, indeed all the 'team' on Mendip ward cared for and treated my husband - well, 'ex husband actually!'

They could not have done any more to try to help him. He was treated with dignity and compassion. The staff also ensured my well being and need for privacy with a terminally ill patient. I have nothing but praise for the way in which they went about their 'duties' with the utmost of respect, empathy and professionalism. he had spent the past few years being treated in several departments, and during this time he received a great deal of care.

Thank you MPH.
