About: Six Degrees IAPT

(as a service user),

The practitioner I saw really helped me overcome my anxieties.

This therapy was exactly what I needed, it was good to speak to someone who knew what I was talking about. She gave me the tools I needed to get through.

I am in a much better place mentally and physically
