On 11 October I visited Leighton Hospital for a colonoscopy procedure. The care I received was incredibly good. The news I was given following the procedure was not what I had hoped for but every person I came into contact with made me feel they really cared about my well-being. They were all: professional, thoughtful, helpful and very efficient - exactly what a patient needs when they are feeling nervous.
